The books can be added and issued using the Library management module available in AMS ERP.
First the book category has to be created at Library<Add Category by entering the category name and section code.
- To add books go to Library<Add Books
- In Add Books, fill the mandatory fields such as:
- Bill No
- Book No
- Title of the Book
- Select category, for example Literature
- Name of the Publisher
- No of copies of the book
- Cost of the book
- Language
- Condition of the book such as good/fair/poor
3. Save the details
