How to Withdraw Students from the School?

The withdrawal module is available in AMS ERP which allows the admin or privileged user to withdraw a student from the school.

To withdraw a student:

Select course and batch from the drop-down

Select the student from whom to be withdrawn( Multiple Selection is available)

Click “Withdraw” to remove the student from the school.

You can view the withdrawal student details on the table & also you can search students with Name & Unique ID ( “Individual ID ” for each Student)

How do I Reinstate the students from the withdrawal list?

To Reinstate students from the withdrawal list:

Select Withdrawal Module -> Click on – to Reinstate -> Select “Students from the list”-> Click on “Reinstate Button”

Reinstated students will appear in their initial classes

You can view the list of those students who are reinstated

Withdrawal Report

Select Withdrawal Module -> Click on – to Report

you can view the list of students who withdraw from school, you can get the report in Excel Format
