How to Add Books in the Library Module?

The books can be added and issued using the Library management module available in AMS ERP.

First the book category has to be created at Library<Add Category by entering the category name and section code.

  1. To add books go to Library<Add Books
  2. In Add Books, fill the mandatory fields such as:
  • Bill No
  • Book No
  • Title of the Book
  • Select category, for example Literature
  • Name of the Publisher
  • No of copies of the book
  • Cost of the book
  • Language
  • Condition of the book such as good/fair/poor

3. Save the details
